The Bat Skulls Hi Hat Rhythm Maker is made with our signature hand-hammered and heat-treated steel cut into the shape of a bat, along with 6 skull shakers and 2 sets of steel jingles.  
 
If you want it to function as a Hi Hat Rhythm Maker, you will need to purchase a Utility Clutch and a Rebound Clutch.  We are offering them at a discount if you order both when you purchase the Bat Skulls.
