The MFX Beater Weights are part of our MFX System, which is a series of enhancement add-ons used to give you another dimension in sound and rhythm. The MFX System is designed using Rare Earth magnets to allow you to change your sound quickly and easily.
These MFX products are perfect for drumset players, percussion players and even singers!
 
Our beater weights (sold as a set of 2) are a great way to quickly and easily adjust the speed and balance of your beater.  Additionally, you can use the MFX Beater Weight as a memory lock for your beater height.
 
These weights are designed with a nylon flange in the center, so they will adjust and slide easily to any position without damaging the beater shaft. No need to carry an Allen wrench or screwdriver around...these adjust by tightening the brass thumbscrew.
 
These MFX Beater Weights work great on their own but are designed to also work perfectly with the MFX Jingle.  Simply attach the MFX Jingle to the flat, round target on the weight and hear the difference!!   The MFX Jingle is made with a Rare Earth magnet, which has 21 lbs of pulling force, so be sure to SLIDE it off the target when you don't want to use it.
