The Can Shaker requires the use of our Rebound Clutch to function properly.  If you already own a Rebound Clutch, we give you the option to order this Hi Hat Rhythm Maker without one to save you from having to purchase duplicate products if you don't want to.
 
The Can Shaker was designed to give you the most movement and volume possible in a hi-hat shaker.
 
It was made to bounce freely between the Rebound Clutch springs. The amount of movement is controlled, not only by the force used on the hi-hat pedal (light or heavy), but also by adjusting the space between your hi-hat cymbals, as well as the space between the Rebound Clutch springs. The more space you have between either, the more vertical movement you will have. Not only will this give you a cool effect, but it will also help you to develop strength and control in your hi-hat foot.
 
The Can Shaker was designed with thin-walled cans to give the most projection possible and has a brass pitch-control dial on the top of the can allowing you to easily adjust the pitch with a simple twist of the dial. It has its own type and combination of media fill, making it unique, and external chains for a wider sound due to the delay in chain movement.
